Service Description

GramSeva Mitra provides free, browser-based utilities for exam document preparation, PDF handling, photo and signature optimization, and resume analysis. Each feature is provided at no charge with unlimited personal use. Results are indicative and do not guarantee exam acceptance, document approval, or job placement.

Your Documents & Liability

You retain full ownership of every file you process — including identity certificates, passport photos, exam application PDFs, and resume documents. You are solely responsible for verifying that output files meet official guidelines, size limits, and formatting rules before submission to any authority or employer.

GramSeva Mitra does not review, validate, or certify the legal adequacy of your documents. Processing sensitive identity material is at your own discretion and risk.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our utilities to process documents you do not have the right to access, circumvent lawful document protections without authorization, or deploy automated scraping or denial-of-service attacks against our properties.

Provided "As-Is"

All utilities are provided strictly "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of compression ratios, ATS scoring, or uninterrupted availability.

GramSeva Mitra provides no commercial uptime guarantee and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GramSeva Mitra is not liable for rejection of applications, formatting errors, file-size disqualifications, ATS scoring variations across employer systems, data loss on your device, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our utilities.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of GramSeva Mitra after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
